I find that the best way for me to stay focused and to help myself is to talk to other SP members. By thinking about their issues and reading their ideas, I build up my own resolve and my own toolbox of ways to help myself. It's a win-win situation.
I do what I say I do, so in chatting with others, I keep my focus on healthy practice and my own goals.

Spending time encouraging others by responding to blogs, welcoming new members, being active on your teams and commenting on other member's blogs is even BETTER for you than for the people you reach out to. Motivating others keeps YOU motivated!
When I need a boost, I take some time to read the message boards and offer encouragement and support to others. It's impossible to lift someone up and stay in the dumps. When I post positive thoughts for someone else, I'm reading them, too. It's a win-win.
