I find that the best way for me to stay focused and to help myself is to talk to other SP members. By thinking about their issues and reading their ideas, I build up my own resolve and my own toolbox of ways to help myself. It's a win-win situation.

When I need a boost, I take some time to read the message boards and offer encouragement and support to others. It's impossible to lift someone up and stay in the dumps. When I post positive thoughts for someone else, I'm reading them, too. It's a win-win.
