Freeze a cup or two of watermelon, throw in a blender with ice cubes (10 or so) with a Tbl. of lemon juice, and blend away. You can add a tsp. of sugar or sweetner if you wish. Makes a nice cool slushy to enjoy on a hot summer day and it's mostly water!!

Keep some sugar free, fruity flavored gum on hand. When you feel the need for sweets, chew your gum instead. That way, you feed the craving in your head and not your stomach.
