Huge selection of whole grains: millets, amaranth, oats, buckwheat, Look for different Rice (forbidden rice, google it, itís nutritious) look for other foods, Goji berries (expensive), hemp seeds, dried fruits, Pick 1 new item each week. Try a new dish, kick up your metabolism by eating differently, benefit from eating whole grains, develop healthier food habits, add variety, lose bulk weight
