Almonds, Beans, Avocado, Spinach, Broccoli, asparagus, Peppers, bok-choy, Low fat yogurt, string cheese, oatmeal, whey protein, Eggs, Turkey, lean meats, Canadian Bacon, peanut or almond butter, olive oil, Wheat breads, Berries!
