    I do this often too but my mom just told me that her nutritionist said that chewing gum actually makes you hungrier because it causes you to salivate which causes your food to digest faster... Just FYI...

    I was wanting to buy a pack of sugar free gum at the store today but I thought against it. I was worried that the pseudo sweet would tempt me for something I shouldn't. I may just have confidence to chew gum with out worry.
