    I also find that I gain weight if I don't sleep well, even if I don't eat more. emoticon

    I totally agree, coincidentally...We were up most of Friday night, woke up early yesterday and went on a road trip. After dinner I was exhausted, laid down at 5:30p and didn't get up till 7:00a this morning! I feel like a million bucks! Guess I needed my sleep eh?
