When I'M Hungry Between Meals...

If I had an early lunch and supper is running a little later than normal at home, I plug in the air popper and pop some popcorn. I like mine plain so very few calories and no fat. It keeps me til supper is ready plus makes me not as hungry so I eat less.

    I'd rather have some raisinets or cashew (low sodium).

    Plain popcorn is great and has very few calories and no fat... I'm a popcorn lover too!! Great idea!
