Whenever I give up a gym work out to laziness, the sacrifice becomes the price of whatever replaces it. So, if I am sitting at home on the couch, I ask myself, "is this truly worth the workout I gave up?" Usually not- which gets me off the couch and on to more productive things.

    If I don't go to the gym or miss a boot camp session, I still try to do something at home (workout dvd, run outside, etc.), just to burn some type of calories.
