After I've worked out, I feel so good, but then the next day I may not feel like working out. So I go in and schedule an e-mail to be sent to me the next morning, adding how good I felt after I worked out. This helps me when I don't feel like working out by reminding me how good I felt that day.
Also works when you ate good that day to help you eat good the next day.

I recently purchased a few things to help me in my workouts - a fitness watch (counts calories, mileage, steps etc) & an alarm clock. you wouldn't think they'd do much - but now i can track my fitness more accurately (& get up on time! lol) and it inspires me to push through it!
