Drink a cup of room-temperature water to relieve a headache. Most daily headaches are signs of mild dehydration. It works about 98% of the time for me, and I love not having to jump for the medicine cabinet twice a day. Plus, it helps get that extra glass of water in!

I have found that Village Naturals Therapy Headache Relief Lotion works great when I have a mild headache, and often prevents a headache if I feel symptoms coming on. It has peppermint, chamomile, and lavender in it. I rub it on my forehead and the back of my neck. Just don't put it on after washing your face or showering, it stings if your pores are open!
i drink one 8 oz glass of water before I put any food in my mouth. Makes me fill fuller quicker and I notice I am not hungry after eating my small meals or snacks. I never get headaches anymore ( dehydration is the number one reason for headaches) and I don't get thirsty anymore either ( which is your bodies way of telling you are already dehydrated) Water is a huge help for many things!!
