Don't drink through a straw, and avoid carbonated beverages. You will look and feel less bloated. I am used to drinking from a straw all day, but when I read this tip, I stopped, and I feel so much better.

I was finding that my water was getting warmer while out walking on warm summer days. A trick that I've been using is this; fill your water bottle only half full, lay it on it's side in the freezer until completely frozen. Then add room temperature water to it to fill the bottle. This solves the problem of how to get "ice" into our water bottles, & it stays cold through my entire walk, & then some!!274
