After my babies and I have breakfast we head over to the YMCA. They go to the nursery, and I go to the elliptical. It feels so good to go first thing in the morning. I have a hard time keeping up a fitness regimen for myself, but it is becoming a routine which makes it easier to do.

It gets me out of bed, inspires creative thoughts, doesn't conflict with other appointments, prevents excuses to not get a workout in, gets me energized, saves times to shower once instead of twice, burns fat right away, leads to successful weight loss, and most of all - MAKES ME THE PRIORITY.

I set my alarm for 15 minute early so I can complete my morning exercises.

I know I have to leave about fifteen minutes earlier than if I drive, but I get in a quick mile and my daughter gets a quick half mile to get her brain going too! It saves gas (always a good) and we spend 15 minutes talking! Win, Win Win!

I am not a big fan of morning exercise, but this is so much fun, I keep doing it!
I find that if I develop a habit or routine I am better at keeping at exercise. I start each morning with Wii fit and I find that then even if the day gets away from me I have at least had my morning exercise.
