    When someone makes you feel bad or hurt, don't allow that hurt to continue by taking it out on your diet. Accept there are people out there like that and you don't have to be like them. Then reward yourself for being a better person and take a nice walk or do a fun workout!

    This great and something I really need to put into practice. I have been so bad to allow my hurt feelings drive me to the peanut butter jar. It didn't help my feelings at all and then I had to deal with feeling guilty because I ate.
