Park the car and WALK into the drug store or pharmacy to get your meds, the cleaners to get your laundry or dry cleaning, Braum's (or your local equivalent) to get the NSA Frozen Yogurt that you earned! The steps will add up. (Pedometers don't lie!)

Using the SP budget sheets have really helped me to see where my money is going...I was spending waaaay too much on food (drive-thru more specifically) and magazines...now I limit the drive-thru and a group of friends & I share/swap magazines so we all save money!
If you are tempted to go to the drive thru every day, do this instead. Every day pack a small cooler with healthy foods and drinks to keep in your car. Bring yogurt sticks (easier to eat), carrot sticks and low fat dip, low fat protein bars and bottles of water with you so you not be tempted by going and eating high fat foods at the drive thru and you will stay hydrated and not be as hungry. Try it, it works!!
Plus if you have kids, they will have healthy snacks available to them as well. Good for the entire family!
