We grill often to cut back on fat content. When the grill is hot, you can also add fresh veggies wrapped in aluminum foil. It keeps the house cool in the summer and there's very little clean up after we finish eating.

    I like zucchini and yellow squash directly on the grill as well as corn on the cob, onions - you can grill any larger cut veggies - and they are soooo good. My sister added a grilled corn salad recipe that is just awesome, to spark recipes.

    We do the same thing - zucchini is our favorite on the grill.
