I personally don't think positive thinking is as easy as flipping a switch. But gradual re-shaping from negative thoughts can be made easier. Whenever any negative thought occurs (and you'll soon become aware of just how many you have daily!), immediately counter it with the opposite positive one. That way, your brain will start to get used to the awareness of the sunnier side of life. Reinforce the positive by spending more time thinking of the positive thought.
The key to weightloss is NOT a diet. Self-worth + positive self-talk = attitude changes = permanent healthy lifestyle changes. Our behaviors reflect how we feel inside, which in turn is reflected in our outside appearance. Learn to think positive, be positive, react positive & see positive results
