If I find myself in a lack luster mood. Not really wanting to work out. I tell myself, let's just run down to the corner. This is only about 300 yards for me. I get to that corner and then repeat the statement. Just to that next light pole! Over and over until I find myself on mile 10!!

I walk all over my house, taking as many turns as possible to add up to more steps. I go into every room, walking around every bit of the floor. I go outside and walk in my big yard, going into every path and corner. While I walk around I stop to exercise my waist and my arms. I breathe deeply and I open my eyes wide and look at my home. 49
i felt really good this morning when i went walking the neighbor in the other road where i walked were really glad to see me they thought since i was not around for a while that i was in the hospital or just hurt they really were happy to see me coming around the corner this morning that makes you feel good when you have friend from just walking and dont really know them that they care about you like that it made my day
