Lowering the air temperature in your house, especially at night, can help keep you from getting sick. Keeping yourself warm with blankets will not hinder the effects of cooling the air.

    It's also a better sleep if your body temperature is a little low. If you need a blanket, let your feet hang out. At least don't seal your body in -- higher body heat means less effective sleep. - by TX_3XDAD
