Honestly - I love SP nutrition tracker but its easier for me to go off course since it's connected to the computer and not me. However, I bought a calorie journal and I've been doing SO MUCH better eating healthy because it's in my purse and with me at all times!! My best advice - to stay true to your healthy lifestyle - write down everything you eat. You're much more likely to stay on course and continue your healthy eating habits! 301
