I set my alarm to exercise first thing in the morning. The alarm clock is across the room on the dresser. I don't even thing about, just get up and do it!

You are absolutely right! I find that in the time I spend trying to talk myself into getting up and exercising, I could have done it and gotten it over with! Just get up and DO IT!
