Never Deprive Yourself of Anything
I've seen too many secrets of success telling you to cut things out "no sweet drinks" "nix the butter" "never eat anything fried" These are all what I call NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENTS. Why would I WANT to diet if it means I have to compeltely QUIT something I love? Its the basic forbidden fruit/over indulgence fact of life. We want what we can't have, and once we break down and taste the forbidden fruit, we can't stop.

I have a HealthZone grill (think Foreman "Wannabe" Grill) and they are awful to clean! I wrapped a piece of frozen salmon (works with Tilapia too) in foil and placed it in the heated up grill and cooked 5 minutes - then flipped the package and cooked another 5 minutes. Moist and delicious! No mess!
