If I keep myself out of the kitchen and busy with some sort of activity, not only do I not spend time gorging on empty & wasted calories, but I also typically end up doing some sort of physical activity that burns calories too!

    I have definitely found this to be true as well. It seems like on my days off, I have more time to exercise but also spend more time snacking. Thanks for sharing! :)
