If I keep myself out of the kitchen and busy with some sort of activity, not only do I not spend time gorging on empty & wasted calories, but I also typically end up doing some sort of physical activity that burns calories too!

I try to stay out of the house, and stay busy!! Because if your sitting on the couch or on the computer your more likely to snack. So stay busy and you won't think to grab for the bag of chips or cookies!
