Slow down - eat slower. It takes your brain time to catch up with what you're eating. Put down your fork or spoon in between every single bite - you'll be amazed at how slowing down and taking time to enjoy/savor your food helps! emoticon

    It really does help. And drinking your water before meals begin helps too.

    this is one that does wonders for me too - when I remember to do it! After that first bite, nothing ever tastes quite so good so if you put the fork down ... you might decide you've had enough. Thanks for reminding me
