I cut up an entire head of lettuce and add as many other veggies as I want (that don't get soggy to quickly) and place them in a large tupperware, it is quick and easy to get a healthy snack, i get all my veggies in since i try and eat it before it goes bad. I do this 2-3 x a week.

Combine some plain yogurt with the flavoured kind. I hate artificial sweeteners, so I usually buy the kind that has sugar. But it is too sweet. I find that if I cut it with plain yogurt such as activia, it actually tastes much better and it is less sugary. I divide the yog into two portions.
