i was told by the doctor a couple of months ago that if i fill my plate with food the way i always do and then take 1/2 of it and put it on another plate and put it in the frig that i will start losing weight well he was right your stomach shrinks and you dont want as much

this is a good tip with someone who eats alot and drink a glass of water before you eat you dont eat as much and that 1/2 plate is more then enough

i do that with supper that way for lunch the next day i have something when i open the frig that calls my name it does say "eat me "

    I find this to be such a great idea. I do this almost every time we eat out. It really does help with portion control.
