When I have a bad food day or meal, I get right back on track. Don't let it go beyond that meal or moment. It happens, I forgive myself, evaluate what happen and what's learned and move forward. I don't let it spin out of control or endlessly. Stop it quick and get back on track.

If I find a recipe I like I put it on an over sized index card. I then add another recipe to the back of the card. I'm doing this so I can then take packing tape and very carefully lay it over the card. Takes about 3 strips on each side. Then even up the sides (not all the way to the edge of the paper) and walla a cooking card with two recipes that can be wiped off and used again.
