When I have a bad food day or meal, I get right back on track. Don't let it go beyond that meal or moment. It happens, I forgive myself, evaluate what happen and what's learned and move forward. I don't let it spin out of control or endlessly. Stop it quick and get back on track.

That's true When I have a bad day I don't dwell on it. I just get back on track and work harder.

Yep..FIDO it. F'-it, drive on. I used to say 'oh well I blew it might as well stuff my face for the rest of the day and start tomorrow...but in reality, it's usually something you can recover from. You ate a piece of cake? So what. Go for a jog and cancel it out. Right?
