Back Pain And Stretching

It is sometimes really hard to workout when you have back pain. But I find that doing some light stretches be it Yoga or Regular is good to do too. Stretching helps keep you flexible and my even help with the pain.

    It doesn't want to make you rush out and move when it hurts to, but always feel better after I do
