Last week i was having a real problem sticking to my allowance which was between 1400 - 1700. I felt really hungry, which, although i was drinking lots of water left me feeling bloated. I felt restricted, so I changed my calorie allowance to between 2000 and 2500, since, my highest calorie in intake for the day so far has been around 1550 cals, well within my original calorie allowance, I don't feel hungry, at all,nor do i feel restricted and scared that i am going to go over my allowance.
