Sometimes I have trouble sleeping. I've found that eating a carton of yogurt helps. I'm ready for sleep in about 30 mins. Low cal and almost like ice cream!

Have trouble sleeping monitor when you are having drinks with caffeine. I recently read that it takes 11 hours to get caffeine out of your system. A big wake up call for me, I generally have trouble sleeping since I work 3rd shift at a hotel. I quit drinking a bottle of Diet Mountain Dew at work because I was always finishing close to quitting time.
