I find exercise routines boring. Instead I have learned to have ACTIVE FUN every day. Looking for fun has lead to trying Zumba, Belly dancing, gardening, going to outdoor exhibits,walking my dogs, & playing with my kids. My activities started out slow and have built up speed as my weight came off.
I've lost 56lbs and still no gym. I am still amazed at what I think is possible now that I didn't dream of when I started. The other advantage is that my family can join me on many of my adventures.
