Two months ago I had a sleep walking "adventure" that has become a health challenge to overcome. I am still faithful to my nutrition program everyday! Physical Therapy is starting soon, and I will see that AS MY EXERCISE~ YEAH! Also speech therapy~as a result of head trauma. Being positive is GREAT!
My day always begins with a 32 oz glass of water, 2-3 cups of mild coffee, fresh veggies, and a protein drink. Currently equipment used are hand rails going up and down our two sets of stairs carefully~many times a day. Being very cautions since I have severe neurological damage. I Will Win!!! Yes!!!

Bought the EA Sports Active 2, with sensors...program is sensible weight training with cardio intervals. New workout routine each day - never boring. And bonus...you can design you own favourite routines. Program even includes 'rest days' to ensure adequate time to regenerate. Tracks & records heart rate which you can see throughout the workout.
Options include programs for beginners through to some really challenging routines. Workouts are enhanced with use of Wii Balance Board, but board not necessary to use the program. Overall, a really good program.
my go to snack foods when I get hungry (especially at night)
I try water first, wait twenty minutes, do something different, and then if I am still hungry I grab dense calorie foods like almonds, sunflowers and craisens to eat. I use the STOP program , I Select, Taste, Observe, Pause while eating. This way I can really enjoy my portion. Like always I stay faithful to staying within my calorie limit. 227
Wii Fit Plus is a great way to keep exercising when you haven't been able to stay consistent. I couldn't stay consistent with exercising for several years until I found Wii Fit. It is fun and active, and you can change up your routine every day. They even have minature programs for your targetted goals (ex: toned arms, being leaner, belly fat, etc). I find it great . I have been exercising everyday now, and I can notice how much stronger I'm becoming.306
I also recommend wii sports as well (they often come with the Wii itself). Great way to stay active.
