this is indeed a biggie. When we make a mis-step ( as we all do from time to time) we must get back to our plan with the very next bite that goes into our mouth. Don't say tomorrow, or next week, but next bite.

setbacks help us to learn. examine why you had the setback and get some positive reinforcement. make a clean slate and start over. review some new exercise dvds, tighten up the diet, shop for healthy food, clean out the fridge, buy some new workout clothes, thats what works for me.
