When you are first getting up in the morning or changing after work then is the best time to put on the workout clothes! I find if I put my jeans on after work I tend to NOT workout. That extra step puts the fire out of the motivational spark. Once dressed to workout the mind pushes you to just do it

    very true
when i am working i change into exercise clothes and get it done
when i on holidays i think about it and think about it before having to force myself to change and exercise
