On some days I feel like Sleeping in a few extra minutes in the mornings---I do just that!!!Promise myself 'X' no.of extra Minutes,relax and lie back---by the time those minutes are up I'm awake, energised,rested and ready to face the Day!!!

I get up so early (5:30 am) that getting up even early during the work week seemed daunting. So, my five days starts on Saturday mornings! So two early mornings aren't really all that early. On the weekends, I can sleep in until 7 am and still get a good morning workout in. Once I started this...the exercise excuses disappeared! 401
Start your day off with exercise. If you get it in at the start of your day, it gets done. If you wait till later in the day, it might not get done because things happen and it falls to the wayside. I'm not perfect and do miss my morning exercise on occasion because I have a very early appointment, I'm sick or other obligations, but for the most part my exercising gets done not long after getting up.
