Every Sunday morning, I spend about 30 minutes looking ahead at my week and then make my menu and shopping list. If I know I have sports practices at 5:30, I know it's a crockpot night. If we have a game out of town, I'll make "sack dinners" to eat on the way thus avoiding Mcdonalds.
