Absolutely you must do this. Manufacturers are constantly changing products. I have to be careful because I have a food allergy - wheat. You would be amazed the products that have wheat in them and often times when a change is made it is added because it is cheap. Then again do we really need all those corn syrup solids and high fructose sugar?

you are soooooo right! ive been reading food labels more and more when i shop, and i cannot believe the ingredients that are sneaking their way into the things we are told are healthy! its scary that some of these food manufacturers are allowed to get away with these things!
