Everyday, I do Quick [2min] Bursts of exersize
Like Going On A Stationary bike, I quickly pedal for 2 minutes and repeat the same thing later that day, So Far, Ive also lost a little bit of weight. [1 pound] in the past 4 days. :)

  • I have found that no matter how bad or tired I feel I can usually manage at least four minutes on my elliptical. Once on I usually want to squeeze out another minute. I do this several times and by the end of the day find that I have completed 25 to 45 minutes. emoticon - by KIGGANSJ
