I know that some people say that there are no "bad" food. I agree, however I do believe there are "stupid" foods to eat. So, when I am making my choices at home, work, grocery store or restaurant, I ask myself "Is this a stupid food choice or not?" It works for me!
And if I do choose to make a "stupid" food choice then I just remember it all day long and done make any more. Works for me!

Confess: If your doctor showed up at your door, right now, for a surprise inspection, to view the contents of your refrigerator and cabinets, would he/she approve of your food choices or chase you around the room with a blood pressure cuff? When was the last time you evaluated the foods in the fridge and pantry? Would you get the seal of approval from your doc?
