Reseting My Ticker To 0 Every Week.




I set my ticker to zero after weighing in every week. This is showing me how much I lost in the week and it shows me how far I have to go.

More Information:

loosing a pound or two a week has added up for me. It works and your not looking at the long term and getting discouraged.

I think I am going to do it.
