Seeing the weight loss ticker move is probably my biggest motivator. So I made a larger scale ticker and put it on the back of my bedroom door. That way, I see it every morning before I start my day. That way I start out motivated, and am more likely to stay motivated throughout the day!
print a blank ticker to hang up and start from where you are
I wanted to do a new ticker to start from where I am now (I've already lost quite a bit) but didn't want to lose the progress I have on there already either, so I printed an empty ticker (making it bigger) to hang up and to fill in with new numbers. I'm going to give myself a sticker for every pound I lose. :)
Just click on "edit my spark page". Then, right click on the top ticker without numbers and click on "copy". Paste it into an e-mail and print it. You can right click on it to make it bigger too.
