Exercise Clothing Laundry

Wash specialty exercise clothing with a baby detergent such as Dreft or Ivory Snow. They are formulated to rinse away thoroughly & leave clothes almost residue free. Also, don't use softener sheets if you dry them. These steps will make them last longer & retain ability to wick away moisture.

My mom refuses to use softener on her towels for the same reason. She says they lose absorbancy. Personally...I like my towels soft, but she is set on this idea.

Thanks for the tip on not using softener sheets on exercise clothes. I didn't realize it could actually harm the clothing.
