Case Studies have shown over the years that hot peppers or spices can give your metabolism an added jolt. When you eat hot peppers or spices thermogenic kick in increasing your metabolism. Add fresh lemon and a few dashes of hot pepper to water heat like a tea and drink after eating. Works for me.

    It also adds more flavor, and that tends to lead to feeling full sooner. Plus, I know I drink more water. Gotta love those jalepenos!
