AS LONG AS ITS WITHIN YOUR DAILY CALORIE INTAKE. At the end of the day when you are all done with calories and you are HUNGRY, you will realize you should not have eaten empty calories. Do not deprive yourself. Just eat everything in moderation to be on the safe side=)

    Thanks for the tip. I think this is a very good idea, probably prevents binges!

    I agree 100 percent, eat what ever you want just in moderation and make sure to eat mostly healthy foods.
