I love ice cream! To fill the need for that texture I take my 60 cal SF mousse pudding cups and put them in the freezer. They are a delightful treat and fill the need for ice cream without all the calories.

If your craving something that is out of your calorie range, create and play in the kitchen to create a new healthier version. Another good one is to use substitues, freeze pudding cups for 3 hours - is just like soft ice cream and alot less calories and portion controlled.
I buy prepackaged yougurts and puddings and freeze early in the day, log it into my calories, and then later on in the day is a substitute for ice cream-
Using two chocolate graham crackers,( not sure if they come in fat free) sandwich a huge dollop of fat free cool whip, chocolate, strawberry or regular and place in the freezer. No guilt awesome ice cream substitute. I feel like I am getting something special.
I love this brand the best because it is so creamy, thick, versatile & high protein. I've tried other brands but they taste thin or watery compared to this one, which seems as creamy as 2% in other brands. I get it at Costco for $5.50 a quart - 4 oz is just 60 cals & mixed w/Splenda & Frozen fruit, it even makes a great ice cream substitute!
Not every Costco branch carries this but it's starting to show up at more locations as the popularity spreads. You can find smaller cartons at various stores but it's usually more than twice the cost so I stick with Costco
