When I'm trying to lose weight... I go for the smallest amount of food I can eat and be satisfied. For example, If I have a hamburger for lunch, could I "make do" with only one piece of bread instead of 2? If I have to have fast food, could I "make do" with only 1/2 of the fries? It's a fun game and you REALLY save calories! :-)
