We all know how important it is to keep moving--and how easy it is to cut back on sleep when there are many demands on our time. But I've learned that when I don't get at least 7.5 hours of sleep, life starts to unravel. I'm more easily tempted to skip exercise and eat mindlessly, and it's harder to focus on the very things I thought I was making time for by cutting back on sleep. my neighbors and i have kids that are different ages and sizes. i have one nieghbor who pases clothes to me and i go through them. Then i pass on to my other nieghbor what is to big for my kids. and then when her kids grow out of them she passes them to me and then when my kids grow out of them she pases them on to her sister who has a child smaller than mine. I am a big freecycler i can offer things to people that we dont need and get things that we need all for free
when you have five kids who are constantly growing it saves big bucks and theclothes that we get are always in good condition.
I have found it extremely useful to always have my sports water bottle around. Mine is 32 oz so I track my water by how many I drink. I know I have to drink 2 of these to get my water intake in for the day. I take them everywhere and it really helps on the weekends when I'm in the car a lot more.
I have found that if it's around I just constantly sip from it and I don't really think about it anymore.
