I wasn't able to get my full workouts in because my daughter is special needs so I learned to work her into my workouts. Whether it is a Jillian DVD or hiking, I give her something to do to help me and then I am able to get a workout in - even if not as high an intensity, it is still activity!

MORE INFORMATION:
The benefit is that I am finally able to work out daily without sacrificing family time or feeling overwhelmed because I can't get a good workout in!

I remember those day I have two special needs children that are two years apart. The best way to exercise with them make a game of it . Just play with the kids can be the best work out . Good luck emoticon
