Eating Before Exercising



Eat at least 100 calories before exercising consisting of carbs and protein. Some type of nutrition bar. Muscles need carbs. emoticon

    If I am nutritioned properly, doesn't my body have the fuel to work?
    I can see replenishing the fuel after the work...
