I eat a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with FF Milk everyday. Protein and fiber keep me full and moving! You have to eat to get the calories for energy to BURN!!!

Drink Lots of water too! Dont let yourself get dehydrated...that SLOWS the metabolism! Caffeine helps pump it up - my secret? Crystal Light Strawberry Energy in the AM...Its 20 oz of water with some caffeine.
