Will drinking lot of water curb hunger and really promote weight loss?
A small amount of evidence says people who drink water before meals eat fewer calories but noone has really shown that drinking excessive amounts of water will make you lose weight. If you have a craving for food that may be considered junk or unhealthy, eat a little of it so as to not feel deprived.
