My secret is go to bed early and get up around 4:00 or 5:00 AM and do some exercise either at home or at the gym at least 3-4 days a week. Save TV watching for the weekends. You won't have to worry about it when you get home and you'll feel better throughout the day too

    That is an excellent idea, especially since I am a night time eater. Going to bed early will help with that and getting up early to exercise is a great way to start the day and get it in before I can come up with a million excuses not to do it1 Thanks!!! emoticon

    that is a good idea, i should start working out after my husband gets to work, just sometimes in the morning i feel like i have no energy or like my sugar is too low, suggestions?

    I always get up early anyway, so it has become a habit to do mine in the early morning.

    Exercise early in the day because, the later it gets, the less apt it will get done at all. Too many distractions that get your priority.

    I have always been early to bed and early to rise!!!! and you are right exercing in the early morning just seems to start the day off right

    Great idea! Exercising early in the morning always gives me a jump start to my day. Not to mention going to bed early can help those late night snack cravings!!

    I've never considered myself a morning person; however, a few months ago I decided to start walking in the morning because it would be too hot to do so after work. To my surprise--I love it. Not only do I not have to worry about in the evening, but it energizes me for the entire day. emoticon
