Secrets of Success

No Excuse

My secret is go to bed early and get up around 4:00 or 5:00 AM and do some exercise either at home or at the gym at least 3-4 days a week. Save TV watching for the weekends. You won't have to worry about it when you get home and you'll feel better throughout the day too

  • I've never considered myself a morning person; however, a few months ago I decided to start walking in the morning because it would be too hot to do so after work. To my surprise--I love it. Not only do I not have to worry about in the evening, but it energizes me for the entire day. emoticon - by DOTTIESM
